The Twin's pitcher wasn't so lucky the second time thru the rotation. This is what was happening to the little fuzzy players in this picture. It's in the third inning. There are two outs. Rickey Henderson walked. He is now 9 walks away from Babe Ruth's all-time record for career walks. Cameron singled. In this picture Rickey is leading off of second and Cameron is on first. A-Rod is at bat. A-Rod hits a 3 run home run. The next two at bats get on base and Jay Buhner hits a 3 run home run.  It's 6-0. In the 6th Rickey singles and gets two runs in and it's 8-0. The Twins score in the 7th and the final score is 8-1. The Mariners are two games ahead of Oakland and are playing well again. Welcome to the pennant race!
